Always fifty cents an acre, which is less than you spend on a single acre of inputs. No tiers to read and no math to do. The last column is what paying for the year up front saves you.

FAQ
How does the pricing work?
Fifty cents per acre, per year, on the acreage you farm. That one price covers your whole operation, every block mapped and every record kept. A 1,000-acre farm is $500 a year, 4,000 acres is $2,000.
What about my crew?
Print as many field sheets as you need for your hands, with no per-person charge. Your crew works off the printed sheet and you run the records. If you want a second person with their own full login, reach out and we will add it. Most operations never need to. And if somebody only needs to look, like your co-op agronomist or the FSA office, hand them a read-only share code instead. That costs nothing.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Some farm software charges thousands of dollars just to get set up and your maps loaded. Headland has no setup fee. You bring your old maps over yourself: export a shapefile or KML out of your old program, upload it, and match up the columns. It takes a few minutes, and if you get stuck on it, call and we will walk you through it.
What's the free trial?
14 days of full access. Draw every block you farm, print your plantation sheets, log your records. No card required to start. Subscribe when you are ready to keep going.
Monthly or annual?
Either. Paying for the year up front costs the same as ten monthly payments, so two months are free. On a 1,000-acre farm that is $100 back. Switch either way any time from the billing portal.
What if my acreage changes?
Your bill tracks the acres you farm. Add or drop ground and we true it up, so you never pay for acres you no longer work.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page any time, with no retention call and no dark patterns. Your data stays accessible after cancellation, and your FSA acreage export and printable crop maps are always available.
Do you sell or aggregate my data?
No. Headland never sells, shares or aggregates grower data with traders, brokers, input suppliers or anyone else. Your tonnage, your varieties and your block maps are yours. Other growers on Headland cannot see your farm either, and the lock is on the records themselves, not just the screen.
